Terms and Conditions
Changes to Bookings:
Most tickets are non-changeable. If the fare rules permit changes, a change fee will apply, along with any fare differences incurred.
In some cases, changes or cancellations may be permitted within 24 hours of booking confirmation; however, these will incur a mandatory service fee in addition to any airline penalties.
Name Changes and Corrections:
Tickets are non-transferable, and once a reservation is confirmed, no changes to the passenger’s name are permitted.
No Show Policy:
A passenger who fails to show up at the airport on time for their flight is considered a “No Show.” In such cases, the missed flight and all subsequent flights will be automatically canceled, and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
Itinerary Confirmation:
It is the responsibility of the traveler who books online or through a customer service agent to review and confirm all details of their itinerary, including names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, routes, and any airport changes. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer service team within 4 hours of booking confirmation.
If no contact is made within this time frame, we will consider the reservation correct and accept no responsibility for any discrepancies thereafter.
Please review and save your itinerary upon receipt.
Price Guarantee:
Prices are guaranteed only after ticket issuance. Ticketing may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your ticket within this time frame, please contact us.
Confirmation of Reservation:
In certain cases, you will receive a confirmation number before a ticket is issued. The reservation is not fully complete until a ticket number is provided. Due to unforeseen errors, we may not always be able to honor the quoted rate.
Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements:
Before booking travel, it is essential to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, health, and other entry requirements of both your destination and transit countries.
Canadian and U.S. citizens are required to present a valid passport for entry or transit through most countries. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or transit.
Please be aware that many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months after your return date. Obtaining passports and visas can be time-consuming, and entry may be denied even if all required documents are in order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from denied boarding or deportation.
Credit/Debit Card Authorization:
By booking, you authorize the ticket issuer to charge your credit/debit card for the total amount specified.
Basic Economy Tickets:
All tickets are issued as Basic Economy unless otherwise stated. Basic Economy tickets do not include checked baggage and are not eligible for upgrades.
Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer, and Special Requests:
Please note that requests for specific seats, meals, frequent flyer benefits, or other special accommodations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The service fees we charge for handling these requests are non-refundable, and we do not guarantee fulfillment. We recommend that you confirm such requests directly with the airline prior to your departure.
Client Responsibilities:
It is important that clients confirm their flights with the airline 24 to 72 hours before departure, especially if already traveling. We also recommend checking your email regularly for updates on flight schedules and responding promptly to any changes.
